Johnny Oduya is a Swedish ice hockey player which has an estimated net worth of $2.3 million.
Johnny Oduya started his career when he played for the Hammarby IF. Then, he went back to Sweden after having a stint at Quebec Major Junior Hockey League’s Victoriaville Tigres and Moncton Wildcats.
He signed a deal to play with NHL’s New Jersey Devils during the 2006-2007 season. Oduya instantly got a spot in the lineup, and didn’t forego to play for the team’s affiliate.
Four years after, he was traded to the Atlanta Thrashers. With his brief stint with the team, Oduya was transferred to the Chicago Blackhawks in 2012.
During the NHL 2012-2013 lockout, he went to Bangkok, Thailand and participated in the 18th annual Land of Smiles Hockey Tournament representing the Flying Farangs. He led the team in winning its first title from the said tourney. Meanwhile, Oduya received his first Stanley Cup for the Chicago Blackhawks in June 2013.
