He earned his net worth from his performance in Heavyweight, Cruiserweight and Light-Heavyweight Divisions, and winning a Bronze Medal at the 1984 Olympic Games. Born on October 19, 1962 in Atmore, Alabama, Holyfield is the youngest of the nine children. The family moved to Atlanta and he began boxing at the age of 12 where he won the Boys Club boxing tournament. He qualified to complete in his first junior Olympic at the age of 13.
